Working closely with winery management Winepartners has developed business strategies for a number of newly established wineries as well as refreshed business strategies for well established Marlborough, Hawkes Bay, Waipara and Auckland wineries
Sales and Marketing Performance Enhancement
Winepartners has developed successful marketing strategies for both newly established and well established wine businesses in all of the major New Zealand wine regions. We have assisted wineries achieve major lifts in sales performance by implementing these strategies.
Winepartners has undertaken the assessment and appointment of importing and distribution partners in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia on behalf of our clients. This has involved extensive travel to major markets in Europe, North America and Asia.
Brand Development - Strategy and Visual Identity
Winepartners has created brand strategies and managed the development of new brands for both existing and newly established wineries across all of the key wine growing regions of New Zealand.
We have 'refreshed' many under performing brands by redefining the brand architecture and improving visual identity. This involves directing key suppliers (packaging and website designers, web builders and printers) and ensuring outstanding results are achieved for our clients

Winepartners has assessed the long term prospects and profitability of converting new vineyard operations in Central Otago and Marlborough into fully fledged winemaking and marketing businesses
General Management Contract
Winepartners has managed Central Otago's Wild Earth Wines since 2004. In the first twelve months of management, winegrowing operations were invigorated, brands developed and distribution established in seven markets, guided by a long term business and brand strategy. Sales grew from 350 cases to 11,000 cases in under three years.

Marketing Seminars
In 2005 and 2007 Winepartners, in conjunction with KB Marketing presented wine marketing seminars throughout New Zealand's wine regions. The seminars provided winery management and staff with practical insights, fresh ideas and effective solutions for their marketing and sales issues. Both seminar series were very positively received and attended by over 140 people representing 50 wineries in both years.
